Built for Deloitte as a client of Tui Media, this platform gives managers a structured way to track their teams' professional development and gives HR a CMS to manage growth content and progression metrics.

Professional-development tracking was fragmented across documents and tools, making it hard for managers to see progression and for HR to keep guidance current.
